Do we provide the alcohol?
-No, we are dry bar hire only. Due to state liquor laws and restrictions, we are unable to provide any alcoholic beverages. All alcohol must be provided by the host of the event. We do offer a comprehensive purchase consultation to help walk you through the process, ensuring you get what you need with the least amount of hassle as possible.
Do we carry glassware?
-We do not. We offer disposable drinkware in our Bar Packages, however we can recommend rental companies that are able to accommodate your needs for your event.
Can you rent the trailer without our bartenders or additional services?
-We do offer the option to rent our equipment separately from our Bar Packages under certain criteria and at an accessible location.
Do we require a deposit?
Yes, a 50% deposit must be made at the time of the consultation appointment.
Do we have any refund/cancellation policies?
50% of your deposit can be refunded to you within 30 days of the event. We do not offer refunds due to inclement weather, however we do have our own tent to provide shelter for the bar.
Can we provide a bartender without the purchase of the Mobile/Portable Bar?
-Yes! Our bartenders would be happy to serve at any event with a provided bar space.
Are we TAM certified
-Yes. All of our bartenders have valid and up-to-date TAM certification.
Are we insured and licensed?
-Yes, we are fully insured
How far out do we book/How close to my event can you book?
-We can book an event up to a year in advance. We ask that you book events no less than 2 weeks prior to your event to allow time for a consultation and necessary preparations.
How long is a typical event?
-We price our rental/bartending services based on a 4 hour event. Any additional time will be priced at $150 per hour.
